iPort 300x255 In wall iPhone mount for your home theatreIf you’re the type of person that likes keeping things off the surfaces around your house, then you might be looking for an iPhone wall mount that connects to your home audio and video systems.

Given the size of the media library we’re carrying around in our pockets these days, it sure would be nice to be able to come home, plug your iPhone into the wall, and get that content streaming directly to your speakers and television.

The iPort has you covered. It’s not cheap by any means, and would require some rewiring, but if you’ve got the cash, it’ll be worth it. If your house is fully wired already, you’ll have the ability to control the device from around your house. If there’s one thing I’d love, it would be the ability to control my music from anywhere in the house. The iPort starts at about $200.00.

The iPort syncs with iTunes, charges your phone, and lets you play music on your home stereo system.  If you ask me, the $200.00 is worth it.

Here’s the wiring configuration

    Hi Josh,

I bet you meant the iTouch rather than permanently mounting your iPhone.

    Thanks – Steve
