Everyone’s favorite squawking birds just introduced 15 extra levels with their 1.5 update: Angry Birds HD got some update love this morning. Included in the update is a new theme (Frontier Badlands), 15 new levels, a new Golden Egg, and Game Center support, as well as the introduction of the Mighty Eagle.
You can probably expect more updates in the next couple of days from other major iOS players as they jockey for the number one position on the App Store before the holiday freeze. It also helps when your application has over 4 million registered players on Game Center.
Has Angry Birds become this generation’s Pac-Man? It sure looks that way.
