According to TUAW, any iOS App Store submissions with in-app purchasing appears to have been frozen.
The site has heard from several developers reporting the issue. It seems that Apple may be getting involved in the suits Lodsys has been filing against small, independent iOS developers.
According to developers, the test account used to test in-app purchasing has been offline for a week. While it may be a coincidence, it sure seems that Apple has done this in response to these suits.
Apple has yet to make any comment, but is rumored to be investigating the issue.
