New iPhone 4 ad surfaces, takes a parting shot at Android and other imitators

Apple posted three new iPhone 4 ads to their YouTube channel today. They all throw wild, and somewhat inaccurate, elbows into the ribs of Android phones the world over. Then, just when you think it’s all over, they turn around and throw one last shot directly into Android’s kidney.

Essentially the advertisements can be summed up with one line, “If you don’t have an iPhone, well, you don’t have an iPhone.”

It’s a curious time for the advertisements, considering most seem to be expecting a new iPhone 5 announcement any time between now and the summer. Could this be a tell that we might not be seeing the iPhone 5 for a while?

Anyway, you can check out the video here. We would embed it, but apparently Apple’s marketing team thinks that today’s definition of cool is disabling embeds on their YouTube page.
