Touche: Can you kill flies with that newspaper killer?

I sing the praises of the iPad at every chance I get. It usually ends with a speech about the end of newspapers as we know it, and how we no longer have to suffer ink stained hands. There’s a lot to be said about how the iPad has already revolutionized the way we think about news, and more importantly the way we consume up to the moment “breaking” information.

For all this talk about how the iPad has revolutionized the newspaper and magazine market, there’s been little talk about how the iPad can never fully replace the newspaper. We’re awfully glad Newsday decided to take the debate on themselves and frame it in a way that we can understand.

We’re not going to spoil it for you, but you should probably watch this nice little video below. We’re not exactly sure if there’s an organization titled People for the Ethical Treatment of Technology (PETT) out there in the crazy world we live in, but if they do exist, they’re not going to be happy with this video.
