iTunes 9.2 now available, as Apple gets ready for iOS 4 release

We all knew this day was coming, and if you were quick on the ball, you might even have an iTunes 9.2 beta installed on your machine so you could install iOS 4 early. It’s now official, though, iTunes 9.2 has shipped, and it’s available from your Software Update.

Why is this important? Well, generally we consider these types of posts as “content fillers,” but this time around there’s a major incentive for you to make sure your iTunes is updated—you need it for iOS 4.

So, if you’re the prepping type, you’re going to want to get the application installed and ready to rock for iOS 4. Some, iOS application are already making there way into the App Store. Release day is coming, so you better make sure you’re ready.
