Apple publishes two new Siri-based commercials

Apple has published two new commercials on its YouTube page, both of which focus on Siri integration in the iPhone 4S. The first commercial focuses on Siri helping some kids navigate on a road trip, and the second illustrates the computational power of Siri by helping a new musician find information about some chords, among other things.

What’s funny is that both Amazon and Samsung have taken to releasing advertisements that spend a lot of time talking about what Apple products don’t do. Apple was there too, with the “I’m A Mac” campaign, but since that campaign’s retirement it’s been all about focusing on exactly what the iPhone, and in this case Siri, can actually do that no other phones on the market can just yet. It’s an interesting change in approach, wouldn’t you say?
