Apple II Ripped Apart And Rebuilt To Boot

It’s been a long time since I’ve pulled apart a computer and re-built it. I can’t even think of a situation where I’d want to, with maybe the exception of trying to rebuild an old Apple II. Todd Harrison has done just that, tearing down an old Apple II computer, cleaning it up, and rebuilding it.

We’re not going to steal his thunder, but we are going to recommend you head over to his website and check out the indepth post about the process. There’s also a pretty awesome video attached to the post. It’s pretty fun, and makes me a bit nostalgic. Sadly, taking apart my MacBook Air isn’t as easy as it is to take apart the Apple II. Trust me — it’s a good thing. I’d probably just break it anyway.
