It’s official, Trine 2 will be released tomorrow, December 7, 2011, on the Steam network. The game will be immediately available for both the Mac and PC. If you’re more of a console gamer, Trine 2 will be available on both major consoles (Playstation 3, Xbox 360) December 20th.
There’s no final mention of when the Mac App Store version of the application will be released, but rumor has it that we will see it by the end of the month.
The game will cost $15.00, and it’s probably going to be the best $15 you can spend during the month of December. I thoroughly enjoyed the first one, and can’t wait to get back into the Trine world.
