The New Sim City Is Coming To The Mac In February

EA has announced that it will be releasing the brand new Sim City on the Mac (and PC) in February. The game will be released simultaneously on both OS X and Window platforms, and it will be available via Origin. It is also being reported that Origin will be available for the Mac later this year, and well before the Sim City release.

From Macworld:

The latest version of the game expands the Sims universe, letting players build cities that neighbor those built by other players. The company says that decisions in each town will have repercussions beyond city limits for the first time in franchise history, with players dealing collaboratively on worldwide issues such as energy use, climate change, and natural disasters.

You can already pre-order the game for $60.00, or order a deluxe version for $80.00. Specifications for the game have not yet been released.

I’m pretty excited about this one.
