Improved Shipping Estimates For Retina MacBook Pros

Almost right away Apple’s new Retina MacBook Pros saw delayed shipping estimates, but for the first time since its launch, shipping estimates have improved from 3-4 weeks to 2-3 weeks. This improvement was first noted in Apple’s Asia-Pacific market. Shipping estimates for the Americas and Europe/Middle East/Africa are still at 3-4 weeks, but it’s very possible for these markets to see the same improvements as supply and demand begin to even out.

The Retina MacBook Pro was first released on June 11 and almost right away shipping estimates fell to 2-3 weeks. About 24 hours later shipping estimates fell further to 3-4 weeks and have remained as such until recently. Those still wanting the new Retina MacBook Pro may end up getting one sooner than they think.
