Instagram 2 introduces new ways to make your pics look crappy

Instagram, the company that built an empire upon making your photos look like they were taken with a cheap camera and showing them to others, has announced Instagram 2 and all the awesome stuff you can look forward to therein. The sequel brings the option for much higher-resolution photos and the ability to rotate your shots. Take your imagesĀ up to 1936 x 1936 on the iPhone 4 and 1536 x 1535 on the iPhone 3GS, and try out live filters (preview the effects before the photo is snapped), four new filters, tilt-shift focus, the option to include borders or not, and better performance. The app is available immediately from the App Store.
