FileMaker Inc. Hits 500,000 Downloads For FileMaker Go iPhone/iPad Apps

FileMaker Inc., a subsidiary of Apple, announced today that its FileMaker Go for iPhone and iPad apps have reached over 500,000 downloads from the App Store.

Businesses use the FileMaker platform to create solutions that manage just about everything, from sales contacts to medical information, according to the Vice President of Marketing and Services, Ryan Rosenberg. Here’s what he had to say:

“We are very happy to see FileMaker Go pass the half-million downloads mark. This rapid adoption demonstrates FileMaker’s position as a leading platform for development and deployment of custom business solutions for iOS.”

Both FileMaker Go apps are an integral part of FileMaker’s lineup of desktop, server, and iOS software that is used to design, build, and manage data-driven business solutions. Filemaker software also work on Windows, Mac and in web browsers.

You can get FileMaker Go for iPhone and iPad from the App Store, and both apps are free downloads.
