Appvent Calender is back this year, bringing with them some more free apps and games for the holiday season. The way the calendar works is that every day between now and New Years the website will introduce a free game or application for the masses. They partner up with some big developers who then place their apps on the App Store for a discounted price (free!).
So far this year they’ve released Make Me Happy, Fumes Stunt Racer, Sailboat Championship Pro, and Time Geeks in the game calender. New this year they’ve also added an application calendar that so far includes iMind Sphere, Foursqwar, Notesy, and My Artists. You’re going to want to check back daily for new releases, because the free-sale only lasts one day. Today My Artists and Time Geeks will be free. Make Me Happy and iMind Sphere are the applications on the docket for today.
Save the $0.99 for some of these apps and get them for free over the holiday season, but don’t forget to check back frequently, as you don’t want to miss the great apps when they pop up.
