Taposé Just Made The Microsoft Courier An iPad App

Remember that awesome tablet concept that rolled out of Microsoft back in 2008, and was then later cancelled in 2010? Well, the Courier isn’t entirely dead after all. Zanther, Inc. has released an application that looks and works exactly like the Courier on the iPad. It’s called Taposé.

After a long journey that included four months, three rejection letters, and a failed appeal, Taposé is finally available on the iPad. The application is almost an operating system in itself, including a word processor, media browser, cloud support, internal apps, and collaboration tools.

While the application is available on the App Store, we have to wonder when Microsoft will come knocking, demanding that the application be taken offline. If you’re looking to get the app, you can pick it up on the App Store, finally.
