HelveitNote looks nice, but doesn’t sync

Minimalism is in vogue at the moment, and anytime we can rid our lives of clutter, it’s time well spent. This is what Rage Digital Inc. seems to have had in mind when creating HelvetiNote. They’re focus: Giving users a note taking application that doesn’t look terrible, and more importantly, doesn’t have god-awful typography like the native Notes application.

Personally, I’m getting a little bit sick of the love-in for Helvetica these days, and it’s starting to top my list of irksome things right after tweeters trying to create new words with “Tw” in front of it, like twestival and tweetheart, I digress.

If you’re in the market for a new note taking application, this might be something you’re interested in, if you can stomach helvetica and live without note syncing across platforms.

It does certainly look clean. HelvetiNote comes in at $2.99 on the App Store.
