First iPad Mini Delivered And Unboxed Ahead Of November 2 Launch

The iPad mini is scheduled to launch this Friday, November 2, but today a French website, iGen.fr, posted a few pictures from a reader who has already received their pre-ordered iPad mini ahead of Friday’s official launch.

According to this reader, the iPad mini was pre-ordered through French reseller Darty. Other resellers, like Auchan, have also reportedly started receiving shipments.

The pictures provided by the reader show the new iPad mini’s packaging, which includes the new Lightning cable. The packaging looks to be pretty much the same as the previous generation iPads, just smaller of course. Apple has also reportedly confirmed that a 12W power adapter will also be bundled with the iPad mini. Some have wondered if Apple would also include the new EarPods with the iPad mini, but from these pictures it doesn’t look like it.

Take a look at the rest of the photos below to see what you have to look forward to if you’ve pre-ordered your own iPad mini.
