Firemint’s Real Racing 2 brings dual-screen gaming to iPad 2

With the iPad 2’s ability to mirror video to an external device via Apple’s new Digital AV Adapter, many developers have been working on ways to harness it for the good of their users.

Firemint has added 1080p graphics to its Real Racing 2 title, but with a twist.

Instead of simply mirroring the video, Firemint’s racing game shows the main imagery on the external display, with additional images on the iPad, which doubles as the controller.

Real Racing is a great game. I love it on my first-gen iPad, and with these new additions, it will continue to be a racing game fan favorite. Check it out in the App Store via the link below.
