The Walking Dead Episode 2 Comes To iOS, Episode 3 Launches Next Week

TWD

Telltale Games has been doing a bang-up job with their take on The Walking Dead. Updates haven’t been coming out as fast as we’d like, but the episodic game has been well received. For those of you who have been waiting for episode two to be released on iOS, you’re in for some good news.”The emotional story of survival in a world completely devastated by the undead continues next week as Episode Two – Starved for Help will make its debut on iOS next week via in-app purchase,” writes Telltale on their official blog.

Meanwhile, the Windows, OS X, Xbox 360, and PS3 version of episode three will be launching next week. “We anticipate that this could be as soon as next week, and as soon as we have a confirmation on all platforms, we’ll be letting everyone know as soon as it happens,” Telltale told IGN. For all intents and purposes, the episode is complete — they are now waiting for Microsoft, Sony, and Valve to approve the release in their applicable stores. This is the price we have to pay for the convenience of digital middle men. It’s annoying that we have to wait, but the benefits are worth the wait.

So, are you excited to play episode two on your iPad and episode three on your MacBook? Sound off by leaving a comment below this post. I’m a huge Walking Dead fan myself, so I’d love to hear about what decisions you’ve been making. Are you on team Lilly or team Kenny? Tell us why!
