Microsoft was less than impressed with sales for its Windows 8 Tablets, so it’s decided to start giving them out for free. Or at least digital versions for your Xbox Live avatars.
Xbox Live users can now download a free Windows 8 Surface prop to have their avatars play around with and to show off to all their friends. The avatar will play around with the tiles, put on some music and dance, and mess around with the keyboard cover — a fairly accurate depiction of the Windows 8 Tablet experience.
