Childhood memories of 2600 and the glory that is Adventure comes to the iPhone

I’m a bit young to completely grasp the grandness that is the Atari 2600, but I can vividly remember playing this game with my father, and wanting so badly to play it by myself. But, given my age, Asteroids was more on par with my skill set. The feeling I got when I slayed that first dragon by myself was something else, and likely charted the course of my foray into gaming for years to come. Well, there’s some excellent news for all you original 2600 users who also happen to have an iPhone (or touch). Adventure has come to the Appstore, and more importantly, it’s free. Show some support and give the game developer’s (for the iPhone verions) site a visit. Let him know how much you appreciate his work in the comments! What games would you love to see ported to the iPhone (classic and modern).

You can also download the game from the Appstore here!
