Apple.com’s support page gets major overhaul

Apple has rolled out a major overhaul to its online support pages, making finding help for products easier than ever.

Instead of a dropdown menu with dozens of options, the new page features six overarching categories for help. Need help with a Mac or Mac OS X? Simply click “Mac” and be taken to this page:

This page isn’t new. In fact, none of the internal pages look like they’ve been touched at all. That said, the new landing page should help users get to where they need to be faster than ever.

Other features of the front page include links to self-service, Apple Retail’s reservation system for One to One and the Genius Bar and more.
