Ashton Kutcher’s Performance As Steve Jobs May Leave You Thinking “Jobs Never Passed Away”

Yes, this is Ashton Kutcher, not Steve Jobs.

Ashton Kutcher’s co-star has glowing things to say about the actor’s portrayal of Steve Jobs in the upcoming Jobs biopic. Josh Gad, who plays Apple’s co-founder, Steve Wozniak, in the film, recently commented on Kutcher’s “uncanny” performance.

“Ashton is going to blow a lot of people away. His performance was absolutely transformational.” It isn’t just Kutcher’s remarkably similar appearance to Jobs that Gad thinks will impress people, but also how well he portrays the late Apple CEO. “He really immersed himself,” Gad said. “I think he has an appreciation for Steve Jobs, the likes of which I’ve never seen in any actor who’s portrayed a real, living person.” Gad says that Kutcher is going to disprove a lot of misconceptions that people have about him and his acting.

Gad says that the film, due out next year, is going to be “wonderful”. He adds, “If he looked any more like Steve Jobs, I think it would just confuse a lot of people in thinking Steve Jobs never passed away. It’s that uncanny.”
