A new customer satisfaction survey conducted by comScore found that tablet users are happier with their tablets than with their smartphones. Apple’s iPad and Amazon’s Kindle Fire scored especially high among tablets users.
Around 6,000 tablet users were involved in the survey, which required participants to rank their satisfaction with their tablets on a scale of 1 to 10. The results found that the iPad scored the highest with 8.8, just barely beating the Kindle Fire’s score of 8.7. The Kindle Fire was the highest-ranking Android tablet in the survey, with the combined score of 8.2 for all other Android tablets.
