Infinity Blade bringing a little more multiplayer to the iPad

The iPad has been lacking multiplayer games, it’s not secret. It hasn’t been until the last couple of months that we’ve began seeing legitimate MMO and multiplayer options. Just yesterday I had an epic Order and Chaos experience with my brother. It’s finally starting to happen, legitimate multiplayer experiences are on the horizon.

Epic Games has announced that Infinity Blade will finally be getting the long-overdue multiplayer update that people have been waiting for recently.

According to a press release pushed around the news outlets today, Infinite Blade: Arena will be available on May 19th, 2011. There hasn’t been much talk about how the game will play out, or what will be included, but we’re pretty sure it’s going to be awesome.

If you already own Infinity Blade, then the update will be free of charge. If not, make sure you download the game using the links below! It’s only $5.99. Once it’s released, you’ll be able to battle the Macgasm crew to the death.
