The game’s developer 2D Boy has finally released an update that banishes those black bars from the edges of your screen and has changed them to a 4 inch display of gooey goodness.
World of Goo costs $2.99 and is one of the most acclaimed indie games in recent history. It’s a puzzle game that has users connecting balls of goo in order to beat challenges and to advance. Watch some gameplay below to get a sense of what it is:

While it’s fairly old at this point, World of Goo still holds up and is a fine pick for anyone looking to get a new game for their iPhone 5.
