So far we’ve seen several ads from Microsoft that have pitted a Windows 8 tablet up against Apple’s full sized iPad. Now, however, Microsoft has finally targeted the iPad mini, comparing it to the 8 inch Acer Iconia.
Microsoft once again got iOS’s own Siri to do the talking in the ad, with Siri being constantly impressed by what she sees on the Windows tablet. The ad bashes the iPad over things like no true multitasking and a lack of a common usb port, and flaunts the Iconia’s ability to do things like play Halo and use Office.
Accurate or not, expect to see more and more of these commercials from Microsoft as time goes on.
