Even Police Can’t Decrypt An iPhone Without Apple’s Help

The security software Apple uses to protect its iPhones is good. Perhaps too good.

The devices are allegedly so hard to crack that police need to go to Apple themselves to retrieve information from them. Sometimes Apple can put these police on waiting lists that last for over a month until they can finally get the information they want.
