If you spend a lot of time on the App Store, or you’re like Rene Ritchie and you spend $1800.00 on the App Store in a calendar year, there’s probably a decent chance that the idea of a try-before-you-buy system has crossed your mind at one point or another.
Amy Worrall has come up with a solution that would easily solve the problem.
Long story short, a new trial flag, a try it button, and an app banner. All of it seems pretty simple to implement, and I can’t really say that I disagree with anything she says.
It’s time that the App Store gets legitimate trial functionality.
