Winamp Beta Now Available For The Mac

If whipping the llama’s ass is your thing, or at least was your thing during the 90s before iTunes, you’re in luck. Winamp has released a beta version of its popular media player for the Mac.  If you’re tired of iTunes, and we know a lot of you are, the new beta comes at a perfect time.

The application syncs with Android phones, has a one-click import to grab your playlists from iTunes, and automatically syncs with your iTunes content and library so that you don’t have to manually manage your music.

You can download the beta software now, for free, from the Winamp website. Curiously, the project hasn’t been rebranded to Macamp, SnowLionAmp, or anything Apple specific.  We’ll let it slide this time though.
