The 21-inch iMac is already adorning the minimalistic tables that line the floors of Apple Stores. Noticeably absent from the lineup is Apple’s ginormous 27-inch iMac. While we knew that the bigger iMac version wouldn’t be available at the same time as its smaller sibling, we didn’t know exactly when the iMac would ship.
Apple’s now touting January as the new shipping estimate for the 27-inch iMac on its website. It’s not the end of the world. January is quickly approaching. However, if you’ve been holding out, or wanting to pick one up as a gift for the holidays, you may want to begin making alternative arrangements.
