Well, it was only a matter of time until high school kids scoured the Internet to find the latest and greatest in Apple rumors. In today’s edition of show and tell, the kids seem to have dug up an iPhone 5S backplate. Problem is, it looks exactly like a defunct, half-finished iPhone 5 backplate. While the cool “first” kids seem to think that the case is from an actual iPhone 5S, we’re a little more skeptical.
The cases, published on the eTrade Supply website, show what they believe to be an iPhone 5S backplate.
We actually just wanted to take a moment to tell you to brace yourselves, the latest and greatest in made up iPhone rumors are coming, and just in time for the holidays.
In other news, Apple’s working on a new iPhone. The iPad and iPad mini will see an update in the next calendar year. Apple makes billions. Steve Jobs would have “never released that.” And, Apple’s clearly losing its swagger to Android.Follow @macgasm
