WordPress For iOS Receives An Update, Native Reader Added

Automattic has released an update for WordPress for iOS, bringing the app to version 3.7. The app has been given a native Reader, better multiple account support, and a Thai language package, and a security update. Previously, the Reader was coded with a large amount of JavaScript and “native code wrapping”. The Reader is now completely native and can be used to view favorite posts, related posts, and subscribed blogs.

Users with multiple WordPress accounts will be happy to know that multiple account supported has received a major update with the 3.7 release. However, it’s worth noting that almost all of these changes have been made under-the-hood. Automattic has said that, from the front-end, users won’t notice many differences, but that the app will be more responsive when using multiple services.
