Adobe Lightroom Hops On The Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud is a subscription service that gives users access to the whole Adobe Creative suite, which includes Photoshop, Dreamweaver as well as other high-end creative applications from Adobe. This service currently costs $49.99 per month, making it attractive to freelance graphic designers and web developers who have to pay for their creative apps out-of-pocket.

While almost all of Adobe’s creative apps have been available via Creative Cloud since launch, one major app has been missing: Lightroom. Lightroom is Adobe’s flagship photo editor which can be used to touch up photos and can help users edit out noise, adjust white balance as well as perform many other useful tasks. Casual users will also enjoy Lightroom because of its photo sharing and organization options. With Lightroom, users can share photos with Flickr and Facebook.

Flickr has also recently added video support. This allows users to make quick and simple edits to their videos and push them to the web. With this in mind, Lightroom is an awesome all-in-one solution for casual users as well as professional photographers who like to take the occasional video to share with family and friends.
