Droplr Goes Pro, Brings More Storage To The Party

My personal favorite screen capture to the cloud app service, Droplr, has decided it’s time to go Pro. The popular application now adds upto 100 GB of storage space, as well as up to 1 GB file uploads. While I use the service mostly for screenshots, you can actually upload files of various types to the device. It’s really handy for sharing files online between friends.

For $3 per month or $30 per year, Droplr Pro is now also serving up statistics on file downloads, custom domains, and password-protected drops so you can safely share files across the Internet. Three dollars per month is extremely competitive in the industry, bringing the service’s price below similar bundles for Dropbox (about $200.00/yr) and Google Drive ($58.80/yr). It’s worth looking into if you need some more cloud storage.
