Snapseed, Apple’s top iPad app of 2011, currently free on the App Store

Featured in Apple’s Rewind 2011 listing as the iPad App of the Year, Snapseed has been a huge hit with iPad fans. The app, which normally costs $4.99, is currently free on the App Store.

Snapseed lets users enhance and transform their photos with the tip of their fingers. Simply put, Snapseed is pretty much what you would expect from an iPhoto iOS application, should Apple ever get around to developing it.

At free, you should probably be heading directly to the App Store to download the application. It’s a must-have.

Update: Well, that didn’t last long… it’s back to $4.99

So tired of things being offered in the States that still charge in Canada.   Millions of customers here too!

You can make use of the U.S. offers by creating an additional itunes store account (without having a U.S. bank account) by using this link:
http://iphoneza.co.za/2011/03/15/tutorial-how-to-get-a-us-itunes-account/. You can do this without having a U.S. bank account. And you can buy itunes credit with your Canadian account and use it with the other account. I hope this helps! Cheers, Dirk
