Apple is still working on a battery fix after iOS 5.0.1 didnt deliver

If you were among those experiencing battery problems on the iPhone 4S, the release of 5.0.1 might have excited you. After all, who doesn’t want to get full usage out of their smartphone? However, there are many who are still having problems even after updating. According to AllThingsD, Apple released a statement to the tech site assuring them that they’re fully aware of the situation.

The recent iOS software update addressed many of the battery issues that some customers experienced on their iOS 5 devices… we continue to investigate a few remaining issues.

With that said, expect iOS 5.0.2 soon to squash the other bugs squirming around your iPhone. However, it is interesting how there’s always something going on with the new iPhones each time they’re released. Remember antennagate?
