iA Writer getting iCloud support

In 140 characters, the iA team let it be known unto the world that iCloud sync will be coming to both the iPad and Mac in the near future.

According to the iA Twitter account:

iCLOUD SYNC for both iA WRITER apps coming soon. Until then: 1$ for iPad [;] 5$ for Mac. Enjoy!

We get a lot of questions about the best way to sync your documents and notes on the iPad, and until recently I’ve been recommending people write in SimpleNote to ensure that they’re text is getting backed up automatically. iCloud support in iA Writer could change that very quickly for me. If you’ve got a couple of dollars to spare, we recommend picking up iA Writer and trying it out. It could change the way you write on your iPad.

We’ll be sure to update you once iCloud Sync makes its way to the application
