Because your best social network is the one you bring with you, FIPLAB has created Tab for Google+, a menu bar item that lets you access your Google+ account without launching a browser.
Simply click on the menu bar item, and you’ll see your streams, photos, circles, profile and notifications. It would be nice if the menubar item changed color when you had a notification, but unfortunately it just stays black.
Tab for Google+ is not made by Google, but is free, and so the bottom section of the bar has some ads for FIPLAB’s other products. If you can live with that, this is a great little app.
