Brand new iMacs get Boot Camp update

If you’ve already picked up the new iMac from your closest Apple Store, you should probably open up your Software Update (Apple Menu > Software Update). There may be a host of updates waiting for you upon launch.

There’s already word that Apple’s pushed one update in your direction today.

Apple has already updated Boot Camp for the early 2011 iMacs released today. The update specifically addresses problems with the Japanese and Korean keyboards used with the early 2011 iMac models when running Windows 7.

The update may not apply to everyone, but Apple’s certainly making sure those proud new owners of the brand new iMac are getting the best experience possible, even if they’re choosing to dual boot their operating systems.
