Apple has begun shipping updated products; however, these products are sealed up and blacked out, and no one knows what’s inside. It could be iPads, it could be iPhones, or it could be those new MacBook Pros everyone’s been talking about lately.

Siliconera reports that Japanese manga magazine V-Jump revealed that Square Enix, the game publisher behind such role playing game franchises as Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, and Dragon Quest, is now bringing two Final Fantasy RPGs to the iPhone later this year. The first is a new game called Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions, which was announced last year and will be released sometime in the spring. MORE/REAL Stylus Cap could turn all your pens into iPad styluses
February 19, 2011
I don’t care what anyone says. There are plenty of legitimate reasons to use a stylus with the iPad. While it doesn’t make sense for a lot of day-to-day activities, it’s almost essential when taking notes in class. The problem with a full-fledged stylus is that it’s one more thing to carry around. But, what if you could get a nifty looking Stylus Cap for your pens and sharpies? Would it make more sense at that point?
Apple job posting hints at Apple Television
February 19, 2011
Apple has posted a corporate job advertisement that relates to creating power supplies that are for Apple’s Macintoshes that include notebooks, desktops, servers, standalone displays and TVs.
The person hired for this position must be able to select the best designs for the product, be able to lead seminars for other teams in order to be able to allow them to create a power supply that will work with the products listed above.
The biggest surprise to everybody is the word TV. Not Apple TV, but just TV all by itself. This could mean ‘Apple TV’ as the product, but then why not include iOS platforms and single out Macintosh platforms as the target platform.

Twitter suspends UberMedia clients UberTwitter and Twidroyd
February 18, 2011
Details are still very murky, but Twitter has revoked access for two third party Twitter clients owned by UberMedia, UberTwitter and Twidroyd.
UberMedia owns several twitter clients, many of which have been recent purchases, including Echofon and UberCurrent. We recently found out UberMedia is currently in the process of buying TweetDeck.
Twitter’s explanation is posted here, and states that the clients have been suspended due to policy violations. The post goes on to explain that Twitter suspends hundreds of 3rd party applications daily, but posted about this suspension because it would effect a much larger set of users.
Czech blog says iPad to get smaller, others think the touch might get bigger
February 18, 2011
A Czech blog believes that Apple’s looking to introduce a smaller iPad, based on some pretty questionable sources, but 9 to 5 Mac seems to think that we might actually see a bigger iPod touch instead.
We’ve long argued that the iPod touch and iPhone would be differentiated by more than cellular connectivity moving forward. It certainly makes sense that an iPhone would remain the same size, and that the iPod touch could be used as a dedicated eReader/Tweener device. There’s no evidence to support the claim, but it’s a pretty intriguing idea. We’re not the only ones thinking about it either. Brad McCarthy from The Next Web is drawing the same conclusions.
After spending a full week with a Kobo and an iPad for my reading, it became painfully clear that an eInk based eReader not only felt like a more comfortable read, but that it was also the perfect weight. There’s no denying that the iPad is just a little too big for long reading sessions, and the iPhone is too small for reading much of anything.
