iPad

Based on a report from Yudu Media, The Gigaom group has put together an infographic that tells a pretty interesting story about iPad users. It becomes pretty obvious that iPad owners have no problem spending money on apps, clicking on interactive ads, and making purchases based on advertising.  It’s also interesting to see how quickly users seem to be embracing the experience and turning to the iPad for things like shoppings and reading online.

Some of the more interesting findings include:

  • iPad users spend 50% more on eBay than the average users (~$85.00/wk)
  • 91% of iPad owners have downloaded at least one app.

About Joshua Schnell

It started as a hobby and turned into a full-time job for Josh. One minute he was keeping notes on his switch to the Mac and the next thing he knew he was the full time Editor-In-Chief for Macgasm. He spent his early years designing and developing Web sites, but now it's all writing, all the time. Josh also currently contributes to PCWorld. He produces two podcasts, The Macgasm Podcast, and The AppOrchard, and can be heard on CBC Radio once every couple of years, despite secretly wishing that was a more frequent gig.
