Plants Vs. Zombies makes its way to the Mac App Store

Plants Vs. Zombies makes its way to the Mac App StorePlants Vs. Zombies has just popped up on the Mac App Store. This marks a pretty big day for me. All of my favorite “indie” Mac games have officially come to the Mac App Store (Braid, Trine, The Incident, etc), and now Plants Vs. Zombies has joined them.

Now that I think about it, there’s more and more reason for me to head to the Mac App Store first when looking for software. I always had a feeling the Mac App Store would be huge, but I didn’t think developers would jump at the opportunity this quickly.

Anyway, if you haven’t played Plants Vs. Zombies yet, you’re in for a treat. The premise is simple: stop the zombies from invading your house. But, you don’t fend them off with bullets and chainsaws; instead you fend them off with plants.

Great game, and well worth the $9.99.  You can also get the game for your iPhone and iPad.

I would figure a lot of people would already have it on Steam. Same price after all in the GOTY edition. Can't see where the GOTY's bonus features are though.
