Yesterday, we speculated that Apple would be releasing an application for the iPhone, titled Apple Store. Turns out we were right, and the application does exactly what we heard it would do, complete with the famous “We’ll be back soon” notice.
The application lets you purchase Apple products while on the road, as well as setting up in-store appointments for Genius Bar service and One-to-One training. The application also lets yousee ratings, and some FAQs about the devices you’re thinking about purchasing. Currently the application is only available for the iPhone, and we’re assuming the Touch, so if you’ve only got an iPad, you’re out of luck.
