Google updates images search for iPhone

April 29, 2010

iPhone

While we were all fast asleep, google updated their image searching page for mobile devices, including the iPhone, Touch, and iPad (guessing on this one). Previously the app was a giant pain to use and you weren’t able to scroll through the images very easily.

But now, you can actually flip through the images at full screen resolutions. I had to try a couple times before I got access to the search in Mobile Safari, so you might want to make sure you clear your cache before you try it out.

About Joshua Schnell

It started as a hobby and turned into a full-time job for Josh. One minute he was keeping notes on his switch to the Mac and the next thing he knew he was the full time Editor-In-Chief for Macgasm. He spent his early years designing and developing Web sites, but now it's all writing, all the time. Josh also currently contributes to PCWorld. He produces two podcasts, The Macgasm Podcast, and The AppOrchard, and can be heard on CBC Radio once every couple of years, despite secretly wishing that was a more frequent gig.
