If you’d like to link your Adium contacts to their profile in Apple’s Address Book application, all you have to do is follow these steps:
First, right-click on your buddy’s name in Adium. Next, click Get Info. Now, select the address book pane, and press the button that says Choose Address Book Card.
Now, select the correct Address Book entry, and then press the Choose Card button. All of your contact’s information will now be linked to Adium.
