iPhone

Hey, I’ve never owned a Blackberry or anything, but I’m pretty sure a large majority of “old school” Blackberry users cringe at the site of the iPhones keyboard. I’m not sure about the rest of you guys, but I’m pretty damn efficient with my iPhone keyboard (I’d like to duel a Blackberry user).

Well, for all you crotchety RIM users, you can now make the switch to an iPhone, but be warned, we’re all gonna laugh at you. The iTwinge is a nice little contraption that slides over your iPhone and gives you a fully functional keyboard. It sounds great in “theory”, but when you factor in all the other digital crap you have to carry around with you, I’m pretty sure a keyboard is low on the totem pole of necessity.

About Joshua Schnell

It started as a hobby and turned into a full-time job for Josh. One minute he was keeping notes on his switch to the Mac and the next thing he knew he was the full time Editor-In-Chief for Macgasm. He spent his early years designing and developing Web sites, but now it's all writing, all the time. Josh also currently contributes to PCWorld. He produces two podcasts, The Macgasm Podcast, and The AppOrchard, and can be heard on CBC Radio once every couple of years, despite secretly wishing that was a more frequent gig.

Nice? Come on, this thing looks like a cheesy piece of crap, and we all know it! :)

I for one surely would carry around this contraption... it's one more thing I don't need filling my pockets. It's huge!

I was trying to be nice... ;) But, I agree, it's ridiculous.
