I have another reason to not upgrade to 3.1.1. In sales I am always in my car. My mercury mariner has the Microsoft sync system. I download my podcastc and content in am then plug into the dashboard USB. Previously took about 3-5 minutes to index iPod to the sync system. Since the upgrade it takes forever sometimes up to 2 1/2 hours. Sounds nuts but I timed it today. 1 hour 26 minutes to sync a few podcasts. I am so sorryi upgraded to something I didn’t need.

Well what i’ve been doing is turning a song on and loading the application. Game loads -music goes off- then i lock my screen, double tap the home button, unpause it, and voila. Music <3

I guess the real question is… why do we have do it manually all the time? It shouldn’t take precedence over our music.

Looks broken to me. My point is, if you just turn off the game music from the game menu, then the game will not turn your music off and you can still control the music by double tapping the home screen button.

Tested with word scrabble and pocket tanks. iPod touch 2nd Gen 16GB.
