Triazzle’s Amazing Gameplay is Not to be Missed

If you have an iPhone, take advantage of Triazzle ($2.99). This is one of the most aesthetically pleasing games I’ve ever played and has some amazing graphics and sound effects. Crafted for the iPhone after the famous physical puzzle, Triazzle brings the same game to your iPod/iPhone but enhances it with music and beautiful effects.

The brain teaser puzzles are a joy to play, but you’ll soon find yourself stumped as you try to find the right location to put the puzzle pieces so that all three sides actually fit and the various “characters” on the sides (frogs, butterflies, turtles, etc.) actually come to life. But don’t fret: there is an extensive hints feature that tells you exactly where to put your next piece even if you already put a puzzle piece in that area. You can also shake the game and the puzzle will be solved right before your eyes.

While my son is two months old at this point, I’m thankful that he’ll be able to benefit from Triazzle’s kids’ mode sooner rather than later. Three additional levels are offered for those of us looking for a little more challenge. I found myself having quite a hard time on the 16 tiles at level 3 (there are also 9-tile levels available), but after getting some hints, I was well on my way to completion.

Watching cute little frogs running across the screen, by the way, just added to the greatness that really makes this game feel like more than just a puzzle. You can clearly tell that there was a lot of passion put into the project, and I can’t help but think that this is one of the coolest games ever. I’m so glad that while I never played Triazzle as a little kid, I get to experience it as a big kid.

I really enjoy Triazzle, but if my writeup didn’t convince you, watch this informative video which basically covers it all:
