I am doing the same thing right now!!! But I bought a used 900 mhz logic board that has video problems. I am going to try the fire approach to get it to work. It currently has 600 mhz and is going to be way too slow for playing online videos etc. I only paid $15.00 for the 900 mhz board and it's worth a shot to get it working again!!!! If not… well I still have the 600 mhz as a back up
